Weekend special
Make a last minute reservation and spend four days and three nights in one of our beautiful mountain homes during the most peacefull time of the year. Pricing starts at $240.00 with no additional taxes or fees. Choose between our five homes on 200 acres. You must make your reservation after 4:PM on the Wednesday of your stay, then stay the rest of weekend, check out is Sunday. Stays must be consecutive and are subject to availability. Free Tubing Adventure Special
 Make a reservation in advance and stay for 6 days and get the 7th day free, plus get a free complimentary day of free tubing adventure at Deep Creek Campground located in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Come spend Thanksgiving weekend with us on Settlers Mountain.  Enjoy your Thanksgiving dinner with a side of fresh air, football and the last of the autumn leaves falling from the trees on our 200 acre mountain. 5 days/4 nights plus Turkey Dinner for only: $500.00 for Log Cabin, Sunset Hill or Grinders Switch, $800.00 for Pinery and $1,250.00 for Viewpoint. Book now and the longer you stay, the more you save, though April 30th. Save 15% on stays of three days or more or 30% off a week or more stay during March and April. Let us customize your vacation at no extra charge so you may get the most for your money when making adventure plans. First, review our cabins and adventures from our website, then choose a cabin and add it to your vacation plan, then add your adventures to your vacation plans and submit the necessary information. We will contact you and discuss your custom package, it’s that simple.

As an example, we offer the following adventure package for two: 

  • 3 hour whitewater rafting trip on the Nantahala river, the most rafted river in America
  • 2 1/2 hour guided kayak trip around beautiful Lake Fontana (either daytime or evening)
  • exciting zip line adventure through the Nantahala Gorge on the Nantahala Canopy tour
  • 2 1/2 hour waterfall horseback ride through the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
