- Occupancy is
based upon number of beds per cabin.
(A charge of $5 per additional person per
night will be applied.) Any additional guest must be discussed at the time reservation is made, and is at the sole discretion of management.
Example: "Grinders Switch" has a queen bed (2), two twin beds (2), for a total occupancy
of 4.
- Cleaning fee
of $40.00 applies to all stays.
(Pinery & Viewpoint are $50)
- Add 9.75% sales tax.
- 50% deposit
required to confirm & hold your reservation:
If you cancel more
than 30 days before your reservation, your deposit will be cheerfully refunded. If reservation is cancelled less than
30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited.
- No refunds will be
issued for early departure, including weather-related issues.
- Balance will be due upon
arrival: Cash, Personal check,
Credit Card as listed above.
- For the comfort of all of our
guests, smoking is permitted outdoors only.
